Support Information

If you wish to file an action for support, you must go to the Domestic Relations Office.

You will be able to file without an attorney at the Domestic Relations Office. The court then schedules a conference before a hearing officer. Financial information including tax returns and pay stubs are obtained from the parties and the hearing officer enters an order. If you object to the order, you have 10 days to request a hearing before the court.
